Details

MOCAP flanged cap for standard metric threads are easy to assemble or remove by hand or automated equipment.

The natural color of the flanged plastic caps allows visual verification of the threads or o-ring.

FCM Series available in sizes to fit M5 through M33 metric threads. 
FCS Series available in sizes to fit 7/16" through 1-5/8" straight threads.
FCBN Series flanged plastic caps in sizes to fit BSP and NPT thread sizes 1/8 through 2.

These Flanged Caps feature a longer length than our standard FCS Series flanged caps, adding extra protection for parts with increased thread length. Protects components or fittings from moisture, dust and damage during production, shipping and storage, and can also be used as low-temp masking during painting and plating.
